Business inquiries

The public form is for a basic business inquiry and has no document upload. Do not submit invoices, contracts, financial records, passwords, credentials, production data, regulated data, customer records, or payment details. A form submission does not create a client relationship.

Confidentiality and data boundaries

Any deeper review, the flat 25% success fee on verified first-year savings, covered opportunity, implementation responsibility, confidentiality obligation, or savings definition is governed by a separate signed agreement. For replacements, the fee basis is verified first-year net savings after material implementation, migration, replacement operating, maintenance, AI/API, and other switching costs. The public form should contain only the context needed to start a conversation. If a signed engagement calls for source material, the parties will agree the sharing method and scope before it is provided.

Our normal operating boundary is to start with client-prepared exports or aggregates, avoid shared passwords and unrestricted admin access, and request only evidence tied to the approved decision. Client source documents or identifiable client data are not submitted to public or consumer AI tools. Any permitted AI use involving client data requires written approval and an approved environment.
