Privacy
A plain-language privacy notice.
Last updated: 2026-08-15. This draft describes the current website behavior and must be reviewed against the final legal entity, providers, and retention practices before publication.
Who this notice covers
This notice covers the SaaS Spartan marketing website and business inquiries submitted through it. SaaS Spartan is the operating name used on this site; the legal entity, address, and governing jurisdiction are a founder decision recorded for review.
Information you choose to provide
The contact form may collect your name, work email, company, employee range, annual software and AI spend range, review driver, and message. Do not submit passwords, production credentials, regulated data, or sensitive customer information.
How the form works
When you submit the form, the information is sent to the Web3Forms submission endpoint so SaaS Spartan can receive and respond to the inquiry. Provider retention, data-processing terms, and the final business account details must be confirmed before publication.
Optional analytics
This site can load an analytics script from track.saaspartan.com only after you choose “Accept analytics.” Before consent, that script is not loaded. The site stores your consent choice in local browser storage. If you accept analytics and later submit a form, the current site may associate a company name and email domain with the visit for lead attribution. Confirm the analytics operator, retention period, and processor terms before launch.
How information is used
Business inquiry information is used to reply, determine fit, scope a Savings Scan, and manage an ongoing business conversation. It is not used to sell vendor placement or to create fictional case studies.
Sharing
Information may be processed by the form and analytics providers described above, by email or hosting providers used to operate the service, or where required by law. The final processor list and data-processing agreements must be confirmed by the operator.
Retention and rights
We intend to retain inquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain legitimate business records, subject to the final provider configuration and legal requirements. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected]. This notice should receive qualified legal review before publication.
