How it works

Five moves. No drama.

A done-for-you spend review that runs in about two weeks. You hand us read-only access to your billing. We hand back a list of cuts, and the savings to go with them.

01

Review

We map every subscription, seat, and recurring charge across your card statements, invoices, and app store receipts. Nothing is assumed. Every line is accounted for.

Days 1 to 4 · read-only access
02

Identify

We flag the waste: unused seats, duplicate tools, auto-renewals nobody approved, billing errors, and AI subscriptions scattered across personal cards and departments.

Days 4 to 7
03

Benchmark

We compare what you pay against what comparable companies pay for the same tools at the same scale. You see exactly where your rates sit, and where the room is.

Days 7 to 10
04

Negotiate

We go to the vendors on your behalf. We have sat on the selling side of these contracts, so we know each vendor's real floor and exactly how hard to push before they walk.

Days 10 to 14
05

Deliver

You get a clear before-and-after: what to cancel, what to consolidate, what we renegotiated, and the dollars it adds back. We only invoice from the savings we found.

Day 14 · report and savings

What we ask of you

Almost nothing. That is the point of done-for-you.

Read-only billing access

Statements, invoices, and a list of who owns which tool. No admin keys, no production systems.

About two weeks

We do the digging. You get a short kickoff call and a final review. That is the whole time commitment.

A yes or no

We bring the cuts and the renegotiated rates. You approve the ones you want. We never cancel anything for you.

No upfront cost. You only pay from the savings we surface.
